昭君故里：一片叶子带富一方百姓
<p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;"><strong>荆楚网（湖北日报网）讯（通讯员 孙锐 刘锐 赵界）</strong>昭君故里仙女山下，腻绿长鲜谷雨春。走进兴山白茶园区，微风吹过，阵阵清香，兴山县人大代表们正深入田间地头，发挥自身优势，带领百姓走好兴山白茶致富路。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;"></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;"><strong>能人代表示范带动</strong><br></p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">在水月寺镇白茶主产村马粮坪村，一行行茶树抽芽吐绿、生机盎然，透着无限“钱景”。茶农们身挎茶篓，手指娴熟地在茶尖穿梭，将新芽采摘入篓。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">“采摘白茶很有讲究，既要注意手法，还要看准芽尖，上次周元丽给我们示范的‘提手采’就挺好的。”茶农黄述青双手飞舞，说话间娴熟地将茶芽采摘下来装入身后的茶篓中。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">“采后要重剪重肥，茶叶行距间注意保持通风，田间注意保持沟渠排水通畅，做好病虫害的防治，才能保障茶叶品质。”镇人大代表、马粮坪村妇联主席周元丽，一边跟茶农热情的讲解茶园管理一边忙着收购新鲜的茶叶。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">周元丽通过自己先参加茶叶技能培训，再走进田间地头，手把手指导茶农种植和采摘白茶，帮助茶农解决生产技术难题，今年已通过专业合作社收购白茶鲜叶2.5万斤，产值75万元，既解决了茶叶销售又带动了茶农增收。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">这仅是各级人大代表当好白茶生产“示范员”的一个缩影。近年来，茶叶产业人大代表积极引进白茶精制工艺，在一线对茶农进行技术指导，为茶农销售白茶提供保障，发挥代表示范带动效应。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;"></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;"><strong>农民代表服务协调</strong><br></p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">“每年到采茶季都担心找不到采茶工人，幸亏村里落实了一个人，专门负责组织采茶工，这样就不担心人手不足茶叶采不过来了。”沃丰生态农业有限公司负责人向正勇说。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">县人大常委会委员、县人大代表、村书记邹学国在服务协调村里各产业项目上尽心尽力，特别是兴山沃丰生态农业有限公司进驻黄粮镇仙溪湾以来，他将流转农民土地、茶叶采摘用工等服务摆在第一位。积极协调沃丰生态农业有限公司流转农民土地1200亩，实现农民增收28万元。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">正在茶园里忙着采摘的金牌采摘员陈英高兴地说：“我一天最多能摘13斤鲜叶，采摘一斤得30元，平均每天挣300多元呢”，沃丰公司每年请周边农民采茶，支付工资达24万元。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;"></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;"><strong>企业代表培育业态</strong><br></p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">“在这里上班不仅可以饱览茶园美景、离家近，而且收入也非常可观。”岩上茶居酒店员工龙媛媛说道。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">坐拥绿水青山的峡口镇，茶叶种植历史悠久，让有拼劲、有经验的人大代表乔云明看到了发展机遇，通过流转土地200亩，辐射带动周边农户2000亩茶园规范化发展茶叶种植，同时探索茶旅融合这篇“大文章”，让生态效益变成经济效益。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">位于漫山茶田、缥缈山景之中的岩上茶居酒店是以房车营地为切入点，打造的集旅游、文化、康养等为一体的农文旅融合项目，4月19日，酒店将正式开门迎客。可同时接待300人住宿，实现年收入8000万元，带动60余人在家门口实现就业。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 2; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">茶休闲、茶旅游、茶养生正悄然兴起，一到周末或采茶季，岩岭成了市民休闲的好去处，也让过去茶叶“论斤卖”，转变为“论杯卖”。</p>
